Chapter VII: UWS and UWRF Policies
7.3 Chancellor's Statement on Non-Discrimination
The University of Wisconsin-River Falls is committed to principles that enable the
education and professional enhancement of all members of the campus community. The
present and future course of the University is designed to eliminate all policies and
practices that work to the disadvantage of individuals on the basis of race, religion, color,
creed, gender, disability, sexual orientation, national origin, age or ancestry.
The University will not tolerate conduct which is racist and discriminatory and which
involves harassment based upon the race, gender, religion, color, creed, disability,
national origin, sexual orientation, ancestry or age of any individual. Such conduct is
demeaning, destructive and isolating to the individuals involved, and directly at odds with
the University’s core value of inclusiveness. Revised 1/2/08.
