J-Term Registration Still Open

NOV. 23, 2009 | Registration for January term (J-Term) 2010 at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls is still being accepted. Classes will be offered Dec. 26, 2009 through Jan. 24, 2010.

More than 45 courses that meet general education requirements are offered during an accelerated term between regular fall and spring semesters. In addition, courses in business, art, psychology, marketing communications, physical education and many other areas of study are available. Most classes are held on weekdays from morning to mid-afternoon over a four-week session.

Study abroad opportunities are also available, including tours to Ireland, Vietnam, Italy, India, Costa Rica, Uganda and two locations in Mexico. Study trips are typically two weeks in duration and the earliest one departs Dec. 28. Early application is required as study trips can fill quickly; contact the UWRF Global Connections office at www.uwrf.edu/globalconnections or call 715-425-4891 for more information.
