Masquers Theater Group Presents ‘The House of Yes’

NOV. 6, 2009 | The University of Wisconsin-River Falls welcomes the next theatre production for the 2009-10 season, “The House of Yes,” in the Blanche Davis Theatre of the Kleinpell Fine Arts Building. The show will be performed Dec. 3-5 and 10-12 at 7:30 p.m. Tickets range from $5-8.

Members of Masquers, the UWRF student theatre organization, will produce, design and direct this next main stage show.

The House of Yes is a Thanksgiving scene in the early 1980s, where a wealthy young man brings his nondescript fiancée home to meet his anything-but-normal family. The end brings fatal consequences.

The cast of five includes: Marty Pascal: Eric Douglas, a senior marketing communications/theatre arts major from Rosemount, Minn. Jackie-O Pascal: Kelsey Lynnae Anderson, a senior theatre arts major from Esko, Minn. Anthony Pascal: Garner Jarrett, a sophomore theatre arts major from Hudson. Mrs. Pascal: Justin DeLong, a senior Theatre Arts/ English Education Major from River Falls. Lesly: Beth Van Kampen, a senior psychology major from St. Paul, Minn.

Directing the play is Rachel Hafele, a theatre arts major from Forest Lake, Minn.
