Student Drama Group Produces ‘Twelve Dreams'

FEB. 9, 2009–The University of Wisconsin – River Falls Masquers Theatre, a student organization, presents “Twelve Dreams,” at the Blanche Davis Theatre in the Kleinpell Fine Arts building. The production runs 7:30 p.m. Feb. 26-28 and March 5-7 with tickets ranging from $5 to $8.

“Twelve Dreams” is about a 10-year-old girl, Emma, who gives her father a book for Christmas in which she describes her dreams. These dreams are very unusual because they are filled with symbols of creation, destruction and decay, birth and death.

The cast includes:

Charles Hatrick: played by Ben Tatro, a theatre arts major from Stillwater, Minn.

Emma Hatrick: played by Emma Brandt, a theatre arts major from Deerfield .

Professor: played by Justin DeLong, an English major from River Falls .

Sanford Putnam: played by Kai Abrahamson, who is majoring in theatre arts, and is from New Richmond.

Jenny: played by Kristen English, a psychology major from Zimmerman, Minn .

Mrs. Trowbridge: played by Stephanie Webster, a music education major from Shakopee, Minn.

Miss Banton: played by Betty Groboski, a theatre arts major from New Richmond .

Rindy: played by Rebecca Larson, an art education major from Plymouth, Minn.
