Environmental Learning Kiosk To Be Dedicated

APRIL 13, 2007--A ribbon-cutting ceremony unveiling an environmental learning kiosk at the new University Center, a $34 million building incorporating "green" building principles, is set for April 20 at 12:15 p.m. in the University Center across from the information desk.

The kiosk includes a wealth of information about green lifestyle choices. It includes a touch-screen multi-media presentation and panels about energy consumption, recycling and other information.

The kiosk is sponsored by the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, Wisconsin Public Power Inc. and River Falls Municipal Utilities. For more information contact the University Center at 715-425-4444.
