Summer Session Brings Classes for Community, Students
MARCH 24, 2006-- Registration is now open for summer session at the University
of Wisconsin-River Falls, which begins May 22 and runs through Aug. 20.
Included in this summer’s offerings are undergraduate and graduate
classes for credit, travel opportunities and professional development
opportunities. To accommodate student’s busy schedules, weekday,
weekend and evening classes are offered along with compressed schedules
that finish quickly. Each class lasts about three weeks, including one
Saturday class. Some courses are offered online.
Traditional students, teachers seeking advanced degrees, lifelong learners,
business professionals and community members are invited to apply for
summer session to gain valuable knowledge and professional development
skills through a summer course at UW-RF. Students home for the summer
from other universities can transfer credits to their home institution
degree programs.
A list of courses, class schedules and online application and registration
information is available at www.uwrf.edu/summer. For more information
and application call the UW-RF outreach office at 715-425-3256.
