Senior to Exhibit Glass Work

MARCH 10, 2006--Christopher Kroening, a senior B.F.A. student from Roseville, Minn., will exhibit his works in glass in Gallery 101 at the University of Wisconsin River Falls from March 21 to 28.

An exhibit reception will be held on March 23, from 6 to 8 p.m. in Gallery.
Kroening’s work explores the ideas of chaotic patterns through a process of glass working that infuses metal into glass. On exhibition are a series of plates, platters, and wall hangings.

Gallery hours are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m., and Sunday from 2 to 4 p,m. The gallery is closed on Saturdays.
