Photography Workshop Offered

APRIL 1, 2005--Explore the photojournalist’s perspective and learn techniques to take attractive, meaningful and well-composed family and travel photos in a workshop by former University of Wisconsin-River Falls journalism Professor Lorin Robinson.

The four-session noncredit course is offered from 7 to 9 p.m. April 28, May 5, May 12, and May 19, and held in Room 129 of the Regional Development Institute at UW-River Falls. Cost is $69 for all sessions, and early registration is encouraged as class size is limited. Free parking is available.

Robinson is a professional photographer as well as a marketing executive at 3M in St. Paul. He has extensive experience with international photography and is the former chairperson of the journalism department at UW-RF.
