The 2004 pre-season will begin Thursday, Aug. 19.
Check-in will take place from noon 1 p.m. at Hathorne Hall. All
players will move into the Hathorne Hall during this time period. A room
and roommate will be assigned upon arrival. You will also receive an itinerary
upon check-in with final details on the pre-season schedule.
A mandatory athletic meeting has been scheduled for 2 p.m, location to
be announced in the itinerary. Players will stay in this dorm until Aug.
25th. While staying at Hathorne hall, lunch and dinner will be provided
by the University. However, players will be responsible for their own
breakfast. For your convenience, a refrigerator is provided in each room.
On Aug. 25th players will move into their permanent housing for the 2004
academic year either on or off campus. A fee of $90 is due at check-in,
checks made out to UWRF to cover lodging and meals. During pre-season
there will be team building events during the evening.
There will be a pre-season scrimmage on Aug. 29th at UWRF starting at
1p.m.
Here is a list of a few extras to bring to camp:
* Sunblock
* Fan
* Shingaurds, socks, cleats etc.
* Running shoes
* Bedding-sheets, blankets etc.
* Breakfast foods
* Towels
* Shower sandals
* Swimsuit
* Calling cards
* Phone
* Plenty of soccer attire
* Bug spray
* Copy of Insurance card (front and back)
* 1st, 3rd, 5th year players need physicals
* $90.00 fee
* Spending money
