Warm-up: Reverse order 800 IM kick the fly 800

Swim: 16 x 50 in sets of four, light build one to four to good speed with :15 800

Pull: 3 x 300 free :30, build by 100s within each 300, keep total times consistent 900

Swim: 12 x 25 choice on :40, half lap sprint, half lap easy free 300

Warm-up: 600 alternating 50s of free/choice 600

Kick: 12 x 100 :20, odds free, evens choice 1200

Swim: 8 x 150 IM :25, 25 on two strokes, 50 on two strokes, even and consistent with fast turns 1200

Warm-up: 200 free 200 choice 400 drill/swim choice alternating by 25s 800

Kick/Swim: 12 x 75 :15, odds 75s are ksk, evens are sks, always kick hard and swim stroke emphasis 900

12 x 25 on :35, each is choice and emphasis on distance per stroke with 300
even tempo

with a slight build by 50s to good speed

6 x (100-50-25) :10 after 100, :10 after 50, :20 after 25, each 100-50-25 is 1050 choice but same stroke on the three distances each time. 100s are long and
comfortable with heavy distance per stroke, 50s are firm with even tempo and 25s are half lap sprint and half lap stretch free.

Kick: 12 x 100 :15 in sets of three, one set of dolphin, one set of free and two sets choice
Swim: 6 x 300 :25, each 300 is alternate 25s of stroke/choice on odd 25s and stretch free, build the stroke laps to the end to fairly hard. Each 300 you can pick a different stroke for the odd laps
