Gary Hackel (5-9, So, Cameron, Wis.) defeated his UW-Whitewater opponent, 2-0, in the 157-pound match. The two teams met on Jan. 23.

Nate Demulling (6-3, Jr, Osceola, Wis.) won both of his matches in WIAC duals meets last week at 285 pounds. He took a 6-3 win over his Oshkosh opponent and came back to win by a pin at 5:30 against a Platteville opponent.

Dana Johnson (Fr., Rockford, Minn.) placed fourth at 125 pounds at the North Country Invitational held Saturday. He finished with a 4-2 record at the meet. The Falcons placed 11th of the 31 teams competing.

Gary Hackel (So., Cameron, Wis.) won all three matches at the River Falls Duals held Saturday. The 157 pounder beat his Concordia opponent on a technical fall, 18-3, his St. Olaf opponent 4-3 and his Waldorf opponent, 5-4 in two overtimes.
