Colleen Cantlon (So., Ettrick, Wis. Gale-Ettrick-Trempaleau HS)
had her best race ever in the 5,000-meter event at the Manitou Classic.
She had a personal best time of 21:17.21.
Field
Jen Leis (So., Alma Center, Wis. Lincoln HS) had a great meet at
the Manitou Classic where she won the hammer throw with a toss of 147-feet.
She won the event by six-feet, four-inches over the second-place finisher.
Her mark was a provisional qualifying distance for the NCAA meet. She
beat 52 other competitors to win the event.

Track
Jamie Leger (Sr., St. Francis, Minn.) had a strong running effort
in the Falcon Open on Saturday. She finished second in the 100 in 13.4
and third in the 200 in 27.75.
Field
Haylee Hall (So., Shell Lake, Wis.) put together some great efforts
at the Falcon Open on Saturday. She placed second in the hammer throw
with a toss of 41.07-meters and second in the discus with a toss of 39.74-meters.

Track
Kyrstin Bodenburg (Sr., Elk Mound, Wis.) had three solid races for
the Falcons on Friday in the Coca Cola Classic. She won the 400 in a time
of 1:01.26. She was a member of the 4x200 relay team which placed first
in 1:50.77 and was a member of the 4x400 relay team which placed second
in 4:11.14.
Field
Nicole Pronschinske (Sr., Blair, Wis.) had two season-best jumps for
the Falcons on Friday in the Coca Cola Classic. She won the triple jump
with a season best leap of 10.78-meters. She finished second in the long
jump with a season best leap of 5.27-meters. She missed just place by
one centimeter.

Track
Sarah Thull (Jr., Weyerhaeuser, Wis.) had a personal best time
in the 55-meter hurdles at the Border Battle Invite at UW-Eau Claire on
Saturday. She finished the race in 9.47 and placed third.
Field
Nicole Pronschinske (Sr., Blair, Wis.) won both the long jump and
triple jump events at the Border Battle Invite at UW-Eau Claire on Saturday.
She jumped 16-9 1/4 in the long jump and 35-4 1/2 in the triple jump.

Track
Dana Martin (So., Hortonville, Wis. Xavier HS) finished the 3,000-meters
in 12:13.67, a personal best by 30 seconds, at the Bowlus Invitational
on Saturday. She finished 15th overall.
Field
Kady Kleven (Sr., River Falls, Wis.) finished second in the high
jump with a leap of 5-5 1/4. She is currently ranked seventh in the NCAA
Div. III rankings. The leap also improved her NCAA Div. III meet provisional
qualifying height.

Lisa Traxler (Sr., Menomonie, Wis.) had a personal best time in
the 3,000-meters in the Carleton Quadrangular on Friday. She ran a 11:14.11
which was a personal best by 42 seconds.
Field
Jen Leis (So., Alma Center, Wis. Lincoln HS) won the weight throw
and improved her NCAA Div. III meet provisional qualifying distance at
the Carleton Quadrangular. She threw the weight 14.56-meters (45-0 1/2).

Track
Dana Martin (So., Hortonville, Wis. Xavier HS) had two personal
best times in the 800 and 1,500-meter events at the Eau Claire Invitational.
She ran a 2:48.78 in the shorter race and in 5:37.8 in the longer event.
Field
Jennifer Leis (So., Alma Center, Wis. Lincoln HS) placed third
in the weight throw with a toss of 46-6 3/4. It was a personal best throw
for Leis and she also provisionally qualified for the NCAA Div. III indoor
championships.

Track
Katrina Spears (Fr., Shell Lake, Wis.) won the first two
collegiate events she competed in Friday at the Early Bird meet at the
Knowles Building. She won the 400-meters in 1:04.99 and was a member of
the 4x200-relay team which won in 1:51.6. She also helped the 4x400 relay
team to a third place finish in 4:18.52.
Field
Jennifer Leis (So., Alma Center, Wis. Lincoln HS) threw the weight
12.9-meters to win the event at the Falcon Early Bird meet held Friday
at the Knowles Building. It was a personal best throw for Leis.
