Beth Betker (So., Corcoran, Minn.) helped the Falcons to two NCHA wins over UW-Superior last weekend, 3-2 and 2-0. Betker scored a goal in both games. Friday she scored the team’s second goal at 19:25 of the first period. On Saturday she scored the team’s second goal at 16:45 of the third period. "Beth has been playing great for the past month," Coach Joe Cranston said.

Jan. 28, 2002

Forward Karyl Hylle (So., Plymouth, Minn. Wayzata HS) helped the Falcons to two NCHA wins last weekend, and a non-conference win over St. Thomas earlier in the week. In Saturday's game she had five points on two goals and three assists. She scored the game-winning goal with the score tied, 2-2.

Dec. 3, 2001

Meghan Wahlstrom-Ramler (Fr., Chaplin Park, Minn.) had three assists in her team's 5-3 win over Lake Forest on Friday. In Saturday's 10-2 win she had a goal and one assist. "Friday she was the best player on the rink. Saturday she did a great job in penalty killing," UWRF Coach Joe Cranston said.

Nov. 5, 2001

Forward Jenny Conzemius (So., Rochester, Minn. John Marshall HS) helped the Falcons to a split in the team’s opening weekend of action. In Sunday’s 5-4 win at St. Benedict, Conzemius scored two goals, including the game-winner. She also had one assist. "Jenny played a very poised game," Coach Joe Cranston said.
