Nov. 13, 2000 Offense: Fullback Rob Ohman (So., Glenwood City, Wis.) led the Falcons in rushing against Bemidji State. He carried the ball 25 times and gained 108 yards and scored twice on runs of eight and 32-yards. Defense: End Nick Basham (Jr., Osceola, Wis.) finished with three solo and two assisted tackles against Bemidji. He had one sack for three yards and another tackle for a loss of two yards. Nov. 6, 2000 Offense: Tight end Jeff Hahn (Sr., Kennan, Wis. Phillips HS) was one of the reasons why the Falcons rushed for 605 yards at Platteville. "Jeff didn't catch a pass but he was dominant in his blocking," Coach John O'Grady said. The Falcons scored six touchdowns and kicked a field goal in their first seven possessions. Defense: Cornerback Toby Tyler (Sr., St. Ansgar, Iowa) finished with two interceptions in the Flacon win at UW-Platteville. He had four solo tackles. His first interception in the first quarter set up the team's third touchdown. His second pick came in the third quarter to stop a Pioneer drive. Special Teams: Dan Toninato (Green Bay, Wis. Ashwaubenon HS) was good on all seven extra point attempts and he was 1-1 in field goals. He hit a 32-yard effort in the first quarter. His kickoffs kept Platteville out of good field position. "His kickoffs were perfect - he had his best day ever in that area," Coach John O'Grady said. In nine kickoffs the Pioneers averaged just 16.7 yards a return.
Oct. 30, 2000 Offense: Halfback Mark Shepherdson (Sr., Burlington, Wis.) led the Falcons in rushing in the win over Whitewater. He carried the ball 11 times and finished with 153 yards, a 13.9 yards per carry average. Defense: Inside linebacker Mike Hayward (Jr., Rochester, Minn. Mayo HS) finished with three solo and five assisted tackles against Whitewater. Two of his tackles were for a loss of three yards. Special Teams: Jed Kennedy (Jr., Alma, Wis.) finished with two solo and one assisted tackles on the Falcon special teams against Whitewater.
Oct. 23, 2000 Offense: Halfback Nick Scribner (Sr., Clayton, Wis. Prairie Farm HS) carried the ball just eight times but gained 131 yards and scored on a 54-yard run against Oshkosh. He also caught one pass for a 14-yard touchdown. Defense: Free safety Brian Katlack (Sr., Brooklyn Park, Minn. Park Center HS) led the Falcons with eight total tackles against Oshkosh. He had five solo and three assists. One tackles was for a loss of yardage and he also recovered a fumble. Special Teams: Long snapper Jeff Hahn (Sr., Kennan, Wis. Phillips HS) did, "a great job of snapping and covering on punts," Coach John O'Grady said.
Oct. 16, 2000 Offense: Halfback Mark Shepherdson (Sr., Burlington, Wis.) carried the ball eight times and rushed for 116 yards and two touchdowns. He scored on runs of 63 and one yard. He also caught one pass for 80 yards and a touchdown. He averaged 14.5 yards per carry. Defense: Linebacker Seth Allen (Sr., Fountain, Minn. Chosen Valley HS) had one solo and five assisted tackles. He broke up one pass and had two tackles for loss (4 yards). Special Teams: Punter Scott Kusilek (So., River Falls, Wis.) kicked three times nad averaged 48 yards a try. He had one punt of 69 yards.
Oct. 9, 2000 Offense: Quarterback Cory Mueller (Sr., Lannon, Wis. Lomira HS) led the Falcons to the win over UWSP. He led the Falcons in rushing with 167 yards on 16 carries. He scored one touchdown on an 88-yard run in the third quarter. He also completed 2-5 passes for 46 yards and one touchdown covering 33 yards. Defense: End Ryan LeGrander (So., Stanley, Wis. Stanley-Boyd HS) had six solo and two assisted tackles against UWSP. He had one sack for two yards and two other tackles for a loss of five yards. Special Teams: Terrence Galbreath (Fr., Minneapolis, Minn. Roosevelt HS) made one solo and one assisted tackle on the team's kick off team.
Oct. 2, 2000 Offense: Halfback Rob Ohman (So., Glenwood City, Wis.) had 19 rushes with a gain of 118 yards. Defense: Defensive Back Ben Gray (Jr., Fond du Lac, Wis.) had 6 unassisted tackles and 2 assisted tackles against Stout. He had two tackles for losses, including one sack for two yards. Special Teams: End Eric Papp (So., Baldwin, Wis.) had one unassisted and one assisted tackles for the Falcons special teams.
Sept. 25, 2000 Sept. 11, 2000 Offense: Wide receiver Scott Kusilek (So., River Falls, Wis.) caught five passes for 104 yards and two touchdowns at Oshkosh. He caught TD passes of 21 and 36 yards. Defense: End Matt Roerig (Jr., Wausau, Wis., West HS) had a solid game for the Falcons at Oshkosh. He had two solo and two assisted tackles. His two solo tackles were for a loss of yardage. "Matt was coming off an injury and he had an excellent game," coach Kevin Bullis said. Special Teams: Kicker Dan Toninato (Jr., Green Bay, Wis., Ashwaubenon
HS) kicked four of five extra points at Oshkosh. "All of his kick
