Details	This course provides a framework for understanding theories of human communication. Emphsizes basic principles in theory constuction. Provides insight into how theory penetrates everyday life. Examines qualitative (interpretive and critical) methodology. Course aims at achieving balance in breadth and depth of coverage of communication theories, research, and methods. Prerequisite course: COMS 286. (F, Sp)
