DetailsThe course discusses how health/behavior change happens. The basic knowledge and understanding of foundational change theories is reviewed, based upon the `Transtheoretical Stages of Change Model?. Included is a reflection on one?s personal wellness and strategies for implementing health behavior change. Prerequisites: PSYC 101. (F, Sp). (F, Sp).
