DetailsThis course examines world history during the era of the Napoleonic Wars. It begins with the French Revolution which created the circumstances for the Napoleonic Revolution in law, religion, education, and nationalism. The course studies the effect of the wars outside of Europe: in Egypt, Haiti, and the Indian Ocean World. Prerequisite: HIST 102. (F or Sp)
