Details	Examines the role communications, values, and ethics play in effective leadership. Topics include ethical decision-making, diversity, spirituality, and survey of Army leadership doctrine. Emphasis is placed on improving oral and written communication abilities. Lab reinforces small-unit tactical training while employing the troop leading procedure to accomplish complex planning and decision-making. Prerequisites: MSL 201 and 202 or department consent. (Sp)
