Details	Students examine building successful teams, methods for influencing action, effective communication insetting and achieving goals, the importance of timing the decision, creativity in the problem-solving process, and obtaining team cohesion through immediate feedback. The lab applies basic leadership theory and decision making during practical exercises in a field environment. Prerequisites: MSL 101 and 102 or department consent. (Sp)
