DetailsThis course will provide Health and Human Performance majors with the knowledge and skills necessary to demonstrate competent movement performance and health enhancing fitness within the areas of cardiovascular efficiency, muscular strength and endurance, and flexibility. Emphasis is placed on the execution of proper sill technique through skill testing. Prerequisite: DANC 120. (Sp)
