Details	This course focuses upon the implementation of administrative/leadership skills in school buildings and school districts. The participants will become aware of the literature and current methods for understanding and managing policy and political influences. Through the use of simulations and role-playing, they will apply those concepts to educational leadership role behaviors. The course is open only to those graduate students enrolled in the UW-RF principal licensure program. (Sp)
