The course is designed as a survey of many areas of law which have made distinctions between the sexes, including employment, family, reproduction, education and criminal justice. The focus is on legal issues concerning sex discrimination against both women and men. Prerequisite: upper class standing. Co-listed as POLS 354. (Not offered on a regular basis).
