Details	An examination of major Constitutional issues throughout American History. Issues addressed will include the powers of government and the rights and freedoms of individuals. Special emphasis will be placed on the role of the Supreme Court in American politics. Prerequisites: junior standing, previous work in political science or American history. Co-listed as HIST 416/616.(alternate years)
