Details	This course is an advanced undergraduate course in the physics of solids. Topics covered include crystal types and the form of solids, lattice dynamics, behavior of electrons in metals, semiconductors, superconductors and dielectric and magnetic properties of solids. Prerequisites: PHYS 264, 465, and MATH 331.(Sp,alternate years)
