Details	The course is an exploration of the major ideas and writers in the middle period of Western Political Philosophy. The course covers the period from the Renaissance through the mid-nineteenth century and emphasizes the ideas of Machiavelli, Moore, Hobbes, Locke, Rousseau, Kant, Hegel, Marx and Mill.
