DetailsA General Education course designed for senior students. This course is designed to give students an understanding of the assumptions and methodologies of the scientific approach to knowledge and the impact of scientific ideas on society. Discussions will include historical development of important scientific ideas and the interaction of science, technology and society. It is interdisciplinary and may be team taught. Prerequisite: senior standing.(F, Sp, SS)
