Details	This course is an in-depth investigation of the requirements and practices of wheat, oats, barley, rye, triticale, sorghum, rice and other miscellaneous protein and oil seed crops. Grain grading and determination of grades of these crop species are also covered. Two field trips and a crop judging exercise are required. Prerequisite: CROP or HORT 161. (Sp)
