UW-RF Foundation Officers Elected for 1997
The University of Wisconsin - River Falls Foundation elected new officers and five new board directors at its recent annual meeting.
The newly elected chair of the Board of Directors is Robert Nelson, associate professor, department of dermatology, University of Minnesota Medical School. Nelson is from Marine on St. Croix, Minn. The new vice chair is Gary Cuskey, owner/president of Badger Buses in Spooner, Wis. Former executive director, Chuck Brictson was elected president, and Jeff McCardle, executive vice president of the 1st National Bank of River Falls/Prescott, was elected treasurer. The new officers will serve two-year terms.
Five new directors were elected to the Foundation Board, including: Paul B. Dykstra, vice president/general manager - Retail Payment Products, Travellers Express Co. of Minnetonka, Minn.; Steve Wilcox, president of Northern Athletics Inc., of Hudson, Wis.; Sonja Hall-Johnson, Hall-Johnson Insurance and Financial Services, also of Hudson, Wis.; Cathy Wurzer, anchor and reporter for KTCA-TV, of Minneapolis, Minn.,; and Bob Angelson, senior vice president of Welsh companies, of Stillwater, Minn.
