Senior Students to Present Art Exhibits

Senior art students at UW-River Falls will display some of their best pieces in Gallery 101 of the Keinpell Fine Arts building April 21-27.

The exhibition featuring the artwork of Jay Hawkinson of Hudson, Aaron Sands of River Falls, and David S. East of River Falls will include an opening with refreshments April 22 from 3-6 p.m.

Each student will display their individual talents: Hawkinson will display sculptures in fibers and graphics; Sands, a graduate of Eleva-Strum High School, will show sculptural and functional pieces that emphasize fine metalwork, and East will display pottery, sculptures and drawings.

Gallery hours are Monday-Friday 9 a.m.-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m, Sunday hours are 2-4 p.m.
