Holocaust Presenter to Speak at UW-RF

UW-River Falls will host a presentation by Timothy J. Scott about "The Holocaust: Its Relevance Today".

This program is sponsored by the Diversity Awareness Committee and is set for 6 p.m. on March 16 in North Hall Auditorium.

Scott has spoken to thousands of students throughout Wisconsin and Minnesota over the past seven years about this unprecedented tragedy known as the Holocaust and why it is relevant to Americans today.

Through dramatic use of story, video and slides, he uses the Holocaust history to challenge the listener to identify the "flames" of prejudice, racism, bias or misunderstanding.

The event is open to the public and is free. For more information, call 715/425-4911.
