Johnson Artwork in Retrospective

A retrospective for retiring art Professor Douglas L. Johnson has been set at UW-River Falls from Feb. 12-March 2.

Johnson, who will retire in June, will have his work showcased in Gallery 101 of the Kleinpell Fine Arts Building.

An opening reception will be held Saturday, Feb. 15, from 1-5 p.m., and will include refreshments and music. The exhibit will include sculpture, paintings, ceramics and glass done during the past 32 years he has taught at UW-RF.

Johnson earned his bachelor's degree from UW-RF, and holds a master's degree from UW-Milwaukee, and a master of fine arts from UW-Madison.
