Women In Poverty Training Session Set

A training session will be offered at UW-River Falls to anyone interested in speaking to community groups about women in poverty.

The session will be conducted by the Speakers Bureau of the Women and Poverty in Western Wisconsin Project on Oct. 23 from 4-6 p.m. in the President's Room of the Hagestad Student Center.

Participants will critique a mock presentation and learn about women in poverty. Interested persons may attend the training session without further obligation to speak to community groups.
