UW-River Falls Senior Outreach III Classes Scheduled

Religion and estate planning will be the focus for Session III of Senior Outreach Studies at UW-River Falls.

The session will begin Tuesday, March 9, and Thursday, March 11, and will continue on those days for an additional three weeks on the UW-RF campus, except during Spring Break, from March 15-19.Each class will consist of a presentation, a coffee break and a discussion period.

The Tuesday classes, titled "Estate Planning and More," address current and future planning. Presenters and topics are as follows:

The Thursday classes, titled "Another Look at World Religions," give seniors the opportunity to explore the history and beliefs of four additional faiths not presented before. Presenters will speak about their religious practices and are as follows:

Classes will be held in the Presidents Room of the Hagestad Student Center from 9-11 a.m., and are open to all area seniors age 55 or older. Limited parking will be available in the lot on the corner of Oak and Spring streets, across form the Student Center. A permit will be issued on the first day of class.

Current Senior Outreach members will receive information by mail. Each four-session class will cost $14.50 for members, $21 for non-members. An annual Senior Outreach membership is $10.
